Poker Nordica and Doyles Room announced recently their upcoming list of special September promotions. The sites are currently among the fastest growing and most secure poker sites on the internet that allow U.S. players on their virtual tables.
Poker Nordica announced its Gridiron Grind contest, a football themed promotion in which comp points earn you first downs and, ultimately, a touchdown worth a bonus prize up to $2,500. Player comp points are essentially frequent player points and are earned through real-money play at their online poker tables.
In addition, Poker Nordica has added to its monthly schedule of freeroll tournaments yet another $50,000 tournament to take place on every last Sunday of the month.
Doyles Room, in their recent email announcement, featured their Super Saturday $250,000 guaranteed tournament and the Carnage Showdown Tournaments. The Carnage Showdown game is known by another name, Single-Handed Carnage Hold’em. In these game each player is deal 2-hole laid face-up, and, immediately everyone is all-in on the first hand. Featured Carnage tournaments can even include Sit-and-go qualifiers to the Super Saturday $250K tournament and the weekly “Bounty Tournament.”
Also, as part of its announcement, Doyles Room highlighted some new changes to the poker client. Players will now have the ability to play Razz poker, make deals with other players when on the “in-the-money” bubble during tournament play, and significant improvements to the cashier’s section.
